Hello February



Hello everyone, today is the first day of a new month and I am hoping that I will be able to make a couple of positive changes this month.  Also hoping to read at least one new book, go to one movie with a friend, and help at least one family member and one stranger.  The "smaller" the goals hopefully the easier to achieve, correct?  Oh, and to continue to increase walking.  Last week I did not go once. This will be a positive month -- willing things to be helps to decrease the chances of negativity -- right? ::HUGS:: to all
